We charge a $100 per hour for service calls. At the conclusion of the diagnostic evaluation, we will give you a FREE no obligation estimate.

Why are all diagnostics and estimates performed by licensed master electricians?

By using licensed master electricians, all diagnostics can be performed quickly, which eliminates additional costs or unnecessary repairs.

Why are you charging me a diagnostics fee if I already know what’s wrong?

Legally we cannot take outside advice from other electricians who are not employed by Juniper Mountain Electric. We appreciate you feel you have properly diagnosed the problem. However, you may not be aware of other issues our certified technicians could identify. This can help you to save money in the long run and to help you address things properly in order to keep your home and/or business safe.

What are your rates?

We offer the same rates 7 days a week. It doesn’t matter whether it’s a weekday, weekend, late night, and/or a holiday, you will ALWAYS be charged the same price!

Why can’t you bill me? Why do I have to pay right now?

Billing after the work is completed causes both increased expenses and overhead, which then makes the cost, fees, and service rates to be more expensive. To keep the lowest prices possible, we collect payment at the time of service.

We accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, and credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express). Additional fees apply when paying with a credit card.

Why do you need a 2 hour window?

Unforeseen events on other jobs can/may delay technicians. By using a 2-hour window, we can ensure all our customers receive the proper customer service and it allows us to do the best job possible.

As a result, we need a minimal amount of flexibility when scheduling.

How do I know if my panel is safe?

To check if a panel is safe requires an inspection in to assess multiple details of your panel. We CANNOT give safety advice over the phone without an in person inspection.
